Our Annual Event is just around the corner....
Mestre Marrom
and four other capoeiristas come to Scotland for our annual event
23rd-25th May.
Fantasma (London)
Montrose (finally!), Aberdeen and Inverness hosted Simon (Fantasma)
& Cutia for some great workshops.
Dion
Monthly visits from Dion are supporting and directing the work in
Scotland, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee & Inverness. Obrigadão to Cutia who
is continuing building the kids work in schools and running an open
class.
dion Moves to
Barcelona
After 9 years working
with Capoeira in Scotland, Dion heads to new pastures, opening arms and
hands to new lands whilst maintaining support and guidance for his group.
First a short stop in New York at the end of November, visiting Mestre João Grande,
who gives his recognition and value for Dion's work and full support to
his group mão no chão. Obrigadão
Dion's note
'Montse and I are
setting up a new camp in Catalunya, Barcelona being our new playground. I
plan to come regularly to Scotland running workshops/classes. We are
expecting many visitors, so please book early! Meanwhile please value,
enjoy, share, spread and live the rich art mão no chão was created for... axé'
Mestre Chaminé UPDATE
Mestre Chaminé is currently developing a kids project on
the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro. Mão no chão is aiming to get
involved and help in this project.
Fantasma (London) UPDATE

Mestre Cláudio UPDATE
Mestre Cláudio has left Scotland for the moment after his six month stay
here. He has formed his own group based in Glasgow.
